Towards harmony

Ephesians 2:19-20
Consequently, you are no longer foreigners and aliens, but fellow citizens with God’s people and members of God’s household, built on the foundation of the apostles and prophets, with Christ Jesus himself as the chief cornerstone.

Wouldn’t it be wonderful if we could all agree that Scripture is God’s written-down Word? Couldn’t we simply agree that it has supreme authority over all our traditions, likes, dislikes and preferences, however important they may be to us and that Scripture must be allowed to reform and renew both the church and our life in the Kingdom of God?

We would take an immediate and significant jump upwards and forwards in our relationships with each other and, more importantly even so, with God himself.

Changing and building these relationships according to the Word of God is absolutely indispensable to harmony with him and with each other in his Kingdom.
