Noisy public ministries and extravert Christian behaviour is always in danger of fizzling out and often does just that, perhaps much sooner than expected. This may be because God will not share His glory with any one of us and, therefore, when we meddle with that glory which rightly belongs to him alone, he can set us on one side like broken fruit bowls and then prefer to use people other than ourselves in that work.
